Hayden started Rough & Refined for a simple reason: he wanted to build something lasting for his family. As a young father in the Charlotte area, every job he takes on is more than a job — it's a brick in the foundation he's laying for the people he comes home to.
He grew up around hard work and never lost the appreciation for it. R&R is his way of bringing that work ethic to the kind of small residential dirt projects most bigger crews are too busy to take seriously — and finishing them like the only job on the schedule.
Faith and family come first; the rest comes from showing up, doing it right, and being straight with people. If you call R&R, you'll talk to Hayden. If you book R&R, he's the one on the property.
