Water management designed for your specific yard — not a box-store kit. We walk the property after a rain when we can, find where water actually goes, then design a system: French drains with the right pipe size and gravel envelope, catch basins at low points, channel drains across driveways and patios, downspout tie-ins, and a real daylight outlet or pop-up emitter that won't clog in two seasons. Solves standing water, soggy turf, mud at the back door, foundation seepage, eroding mulch beds, and the chronic wet spot the previous owner just rolled the eyes at. Stone Refreshing & Erosion Control

We pull the high spots, fill the low spots, fresh-cap with the aggregate you already have or step it up to a cleaner stone, and rebuild the crown so it sheds water again. Concrete & Brick Repair

Landscape & Aesthetic Finishing
Fresh hardwood mulch, dyed mulch, or long-needle pine straw blown or hand-spread by the yard. Bed edging cut crisp with a spade, beds reshaped to flow with the house, weed barrier where it makes sense, and shrub, ornamental tree, or perennial install at the homeowner's preference. We'll also haul out the tired old material before we lay new — no piling new mulch on three years of decomposed brown. Matting, Sod, Seed & Straw
Lawn restoration after any dirt work we do, and fresh turf install from scratch on bare lots, problem sections, or new construction. Soil prep and final grade first, then fescue or bermuda sod laid tight and rolled, or seed-and-straw with starter fertilizer for budget jobs, plus erosion matting on slopes and disturbed banks. We never leave a property as a mud pit — if we dug it up, we put it back better than we found it. Watering instructions and a straight conversation about what to expect through the first month included.
Power Washing
Hot-and-cold pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, walkways, patios, pool decks, retaining walls, brick, fencing, decking, gutter exteriors, and the dirty house siding nobody wants to look at anymore. Surface cleaner on the flatwork for streak-free results, soft-wash chemistry on siding and softer surfaces so we don't blast the paint off.
